Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where carrier service permits. We do not currently ship internationally — check back soon.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we work hard to deliver on time, carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control. If your package:

  • Shows no tracking movement for 10+ business days, or
  • Is marked delivered but not received,

please contact us at shdmqjstwh@iubridge.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Email us as soon as possible at shdmqjstwh@iubridge.com.

Customs & Duties

Not applicable — we currently ship within the U.S. only.
