30-Day Return Guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance items (marked as non-returnable)
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products once opened (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items), unless defective
How to Start a Return
- Email us at shdmqjstwh@iubridge.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Start a return as described above, then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at shdmqjstwh@iubridge.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in some cases.
Return Shipping Address
Returns are coordinated via email. Please do not ship items to our office address without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us first at shdmqjstwh@iubridge.com before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved faster directly.
